Check-in:
The apartment features self check-in. For security reasons, access codes for the building entrance and apartment door will be sent a few hours prior to your arrival.
Two sets of keys will be provided: one inside the apartment and another in a lockbox next to the apartment door. The lockbox code will be provided before your arrival.
Check-out:
Please leave both sets of keys inside the lockbox.
Sofa Bed:
The apartment is designed for two people, but there is a sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate one additional person. The sofa bed comes with a topper for extra comfort, a pillow, and bedding. Please let us know in advance if you wish to use the sofa bed and whether you prefer it to be prepared for you (note that this may block the TV view) or if you prefer to prepare it yourself.
To unfold the sofa bed, tilt the backrest forward until you hear a click. Then, push it back and open it like a book, then slide it to centre the bed on its base.
There are two units, one in the living room and another in the bedroom. Each has its own remote control, and both can cool and heat.
- Hot Water Heater: A 50-liter Thermal water heater. It’s easy to use, with a red dial to adjust the water temperature. A video tutorial link is provided.
- Ceramic Cooktop: Equipped with four burners (Nodor brand). A video tutorial link is provided.
- Extractor Hood: Teka brand, featuring built-in lighting. Simply pull it out to activate extraction. A video tutorial link is provided.

If you need to modify these times, please let us know in advance. Early check-in or late check-out cannot be guaranteed, as we often have guests arriving and leaving the same day, requiring sufficient time for cleaning.
Maximum Occupancy:
The apartment has a maximum capacity of 3 people. Exceeding this number is not allowed without prior authorization.
Noise:
Keep noise levels low, especially between 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Out of respect for neighbors, avoid parties or loud gatherings.
Cleaning:
Leave the apartment as clean as it was upon arrival.
Dispose of trash properly and ensure the apartment is free of waste upon departure.
No Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.

Pets are not permitted.
